Complicated HR Question-Need Help

I work in Finance and have ADHD. For a period of nine months there has been a nationwide shortage of my standard medication. I had to go on a Leave of Absence which was documented by HR and went back for a time on a substitute. Well, while on the substitute I messed up about 70 client records. I didn't think anything of it because I hit a button where I said I didn't talk to the client, then inadvertently hit one where it said I did, and then all following notes and clicks were hit to show that I didn't speak to the client and complete a survey. Problem is, that's one of the metrics we use for our bonuses. After being properly medicated, I noticed my number s were off and I SELF REPORTED. I was naive.

They paid me for four days while they looked into the matter and decided to put me on a Fin al written warning. Then they told me I wasnt getting paid my quarterly bonus. Even after you take out my bad clicks I still qualified for around 4k net. Their rationale? I caused the company money because they now have to contact those clients.

Here is my main issue. My manager, who already didn't like me, is now using this Final written warning over my head and has intimated that “I'm lucky to have a job”. A quick teams message on Friday escalated so far that he threatened to get his manager on a Zoom call, when it wasn't even warranted.

I like my job. I'm paid very well to work from home and I don't know what to do. I asked HR after the escalation to put me on a different team or find another role for me as I can no longer work with my manager.

I be never had this issue before. Any HR or Lawyers on this sub?
