Concerned about future of work as third world citizen

I know this sub is american sub and most people here are from US, and I had few things that I have pondered over a very long time and maybe this sub becuase of its theme and focus might have people who can offer some insight, so i came here. I am from a very financially weak background and as well valueswise i did not receive any hard core good values to fare well in life. the thing is it is often thing at my place where we see work/employment/job as a way to uplift life, since childhood I saw the things same way, I thought if i work hard and gain a good “job”, i will have opportuntities to improve my life, but since i entered my late teens , it became more and more hopeless and gloomy to have any good chance in life, as if everything is…

I know this sub is american sub and most people here are from US, and I had few things that I have pondered over a very long time and maybe this sub becuase of its theme and focus might have people who can offer some insight, so i came here.

I am from a very financially weak background and as well valueswise i did not receive any hard core good values to fare well in life.

the thing is it is often thing at my place where we see work/employment/job as a way to uplift life, since childhood I saw the things same way, I thought if i work hard and gain a good “job”, i will have opportuntities to improve my life, but since i entered my late teens , it became more and more hopeless and gloomy to have any good chance in life, as if everything is stacked up agaisnt me, in my country you are supposed to be privileged in some or the other way, like have generational wealth, or be born to educated parents etc, to be pushed into professions where you would have dignity and opportunities to improve life financially.

I choose my field to be IT at 16 beucase i was out of options but sooner i came to know that does not matter which field you choose, you get bad work-life balance (6 day work/50-60 work hrs/week is a norm on salary in which you can only afford to live in a hostel type accomodation , not your own apartment to say the least), it became a thing in my mind, i see a lot of people here throwing advice like ” be successful”, “work hard”, “become top 1percent” , ” beocme rich ” at our face when we try to express the systemic issues surrounding us, we have no unions , no labor laws, no enforcements to side with labor in face of onslaught on it, as a result the abusive circumstance prevalent here is, it is too overwhelming to talk about it, nobody got time or energy, nor means to do anything about it.

those who own welath are complacent with everything. federalism is weak to do anything.

Feels as if labor is becoming increasing nonprofitable for workers, the idea that you will get to improve your life through work seems a distant dream to me for myself.

I don't know what to do, i thought of moving abroad to a country with good labor laws, but capitalist in those countries are far more tempted to outsource most of work back to countries like mine, where exploited worker can compensate for wealth of people in those countries, i don't know how it affects workers in those countries and i am not here debate anything, but the 1st world-3rd world apartheid will hurt workers anywhere.

ask labor right and loose your job is norm at my place, sure it might become a thing in rich countries as well, but i don't know or maybe it is more bleak here.

so any folks here who did well in life , were able to have good job/career ,do you have any advice for me, like how should i see work , how should i go about my career (fields where outsourcing is not possible and the work is profitable for worker), I am unable to determine for for myself where to make sacrifice and where to not take load becuase it is nothing but just abuse.
