Confidence is eroded

I don't know if this is the right place, but I just learned recently that I'm on the autistic spectrum (I'm 30sF) and I've learned that a lot of the feelings I have at work thst I thought were stress are actually me feeling overwhelmed. I really like my job for the most part, but management is very much the kind that never tell you about the 100 things you do well, they just tell you about the 1 thing you do wrong In the time I've been there, my confidence has eroded. I make a choice or decision and if it's right I hear nothing, if it's wrong I get a strongly worded message from my boss along the lines of 'I don't understand why you did that'. In the time I've been there, my confidence has eroded. I make a choice or decision and if it's right I hear nothing, if it's wrong I get a strongly worded message from my boss along the lines of 'I don't understand why you did that'.

What I want to know is… how do I not care so much? How do I just let the criticism roll off my back and not care? People make mistakes sometimes, why do these little things get so blown up? I just want to be like “ok, great. Noted.” And move on without worrying and my confidence taking another blow.

Does anyone have any tips?
