Contract Renegotiation

I have been with my company for two years. Initially started as an account manager with a boss I loved, and a CEO with 20 years in our niche industry (fintech space). Fast forward to today: my boss retired, my CEO “resigned”, and my associate was let go as well. I'm currently our entire sales and marketing department. When I was originally hired, I was the “point person” for clients. $100K/yr roughly. It's not a bad gig, but my department used to be $375K/yr and I'm now doing all of the work of those departed employees. Last week, I requested a renegotiation (not a raise) with a title and a pay bump of roughly 50%. I have other opportunities, but I'm actually quite happy with my work, and my customers. My only issue is the additional workload without recognition. Thoughts?
