You can win your employment court cases just using contemporaneous notes. What I wish I knew when I was going through it…and now I'm thinking of passing my methods along to other people.
Pay it forward kind of idea. Getting leukemia and watching my career get annihilated at the same time gave me ptsd…but I took notes anyways and figured out how to make notes my ally.

There's nothing worse than experiencing the retaliation, discrimination, unlawful termination at work and thinking your word is all you need. And losing your job, reputation, etc…bc you didn't document it. Bc you trusted HR. Lol
So I decided to start a journal business to help others in corporate or private business learn when, why, and how to take contemporaneous notes so they can also have a chance at winning an employment court case.
