Are most people cowards when it comes to workplace confrontations.. especially in the offices that lean toward more corporate? In my experience I’ve always been the one to stand up to everything as minor as disrupting coworkers to going up against toxic management. Don’t get me wrong I know you have to pick your battles and I’ve had lots of opportunities in my working life.. (20+ years) to both heed and ignore this advice. But it seems to me especially in America..I don’t know what it’s like in other countries.. in the American workplace people are so afraid of speaking up for themselves and their coworkers.
