In my team, we have an accounting technician who doesn't perform very well. However, she's really friendly and has invited us all to spend a day at her cottage next weekend.
The thing is, some members of the team are building up a case for her dismissal. My boss is not aware of it. I refused to participate a few weeks ago when I was asked to send a list of the mistakes she makes in the tasks I delegate to her.
I feel very uneasy about this hypocrisy. What would you do in my place?
