Coworker died in the place he worked

I work in healthcare and the coworker who I work with/directly next to just passed away from a heart attack following a heart valve replacement surgery. He was in his 60s, never got to retire, and died in the hospital where he worked at for over 30 years. What a shitty way to go. He never got to travel the world and stayed in the same area his entire life. Idk why I’m posting this here, but it just scares me to know that could be me one day. Working the same shitty job, for the same shitty pay, all for what? Just to die and never actually experience life. Fuck that bullshit. I want to live life not constrained by a corporate entity that doesn’t care if I die because I’m replaceable. I want comfortable wages and more time off. I want TIME. I want time to live my…
