He basically handed in his resignation the first thing he came back from vacations, cleared all his PTO. He was put on PIP recently because he hadn’t been giving a shit about his work since early this year. Asked him why he said this company and bosses are toxic, screaming in his face and talked shit about him, and a drinking/ party culture he thinks is stupid, basically just the company trying to make people think it’s fun to work there and spend less money for compensations.
I think it’s just work and everyone tries to get along. And it shocks me he would put in his resignation over his PIP, like basically tell the company and bosses to go F themself. Asked him if he had something lined up, he said he didn’t need to worry about money for awhile.
