I get they are trying to work with him and shit which is signs of a good employer. But this is someone who calls out 2-3 days a week and instead of firing him they make it so he can work from home 24/7 when no one else here is allowed to do that. It’s bullshit and only incentives people who already don’t do their job. Makes me want to call out 4 days a week just to get the same “reward”.
