i’ve been at this job for one work week and my boss confronted me on friday telling me i did things i didn’t do and was reported to her by several people. i wasn’t told by any other coworker i was doing things wrong. i don’t know how else to say this, i did not and would never do what she said i did. do i just quit? she also is denying me accommodations for my disability (i literally just asked to sit instead of stand when i don’t really need to be standing. i have pots and heds.) my dad thinks she’s trying to get me to quit so they don’t have to deal with a disabled employee. what should i do?
