My bf works at a tea shop/bar type place and his boss has it out for him… for seemingly no reason. The boss watches him on cctv for literally his entire shift. If he doesn’t do one thing quick enough he gets a message about it. It is honestly insanely creepy. He used to love this job and it’s become a nightmare to go. Boss doesn’t do this to other employees, at least to the extent that he is torturing my bf. I feel awful because he like really loves this job and his regulars but the boss is making it intolerable. This dude only took over two months ago and has turned everything into a hostile environment.
Mostly posting this to rant about it and see if others have experienced anything like it… or if there is something that could be done?
