Crazy that workers don’t get a Golden Parachute like CEOs do

Workers put up with all the abuse and do the actual work that creates the wealth and for whatever reason if they are laid off or fired they don't get shit from the company. The CEO? Even if he makes absolute shit decisions that cost the company millions gets fired and then gets millions of dollars in a golden parachute package. That is some bullshit
