My dad is a sales manager and runs a new location for a company, he knows his craft and made this company a lot of money. God knows why he doesn't ask for a pay raise and commission, especially since he has another part time job when he doesn't need it. It all started with a customer who's order wouldn't be ready for another week, thats what my dad was told by the product provider. She calls demanding for her order because she needs the product, dad tells her he would need to charge her for a rush order. She pays for the rush but later my dad is informed the product was delivered early, even though he was informed the order would take a week. Today my dad got a call from his boss on his lunch break and was asked to go to the main branch to have a talk. They fired him over suspicion of taking money because he talked to a customer on his phone, they claimed rush charges aren't their policy even though he was informed about rush charges when he started. The whole situation seems suspicious and wrong. Thoughts?
