so i work for a spa franchise as an esthetician. been there for a year and a half and they won't give me a raise, i don't have any benefits, and they have me work every friday-sunday. i requested next sunday off to attend an important family function and my boss told me to find a cover knowing damn well we do not have any coverage. there is only 1 other esthetician not working that day and she can't come in. i've applied to a bunch of other places and have an interview on thursday. what would you do if you were me?
