I'm a young person who just started working minimum wage. I was included in a group text, asking if anyone was available for the evening shift. I'm scheduled to work latee this week, although i'm listed as open availbility. If it was earlier in the day, I could have gone, but I can't due to the time. I feel so guilty, despite my beliefs, and i'm afraid of being fired (though that's probably a more irrational anxiety). Does anyone else deal with similar feelings?
