I ended up finally ending things after only 3 months of working with this company. Doesn't seem like a long time right, but boy where those 3 months wild.
During my short stay with this company, they have put carcinogenic chemicals in humidifiers (we called the company about the usage of their chemicals and they about lost it due to improper and dangerouse us) , had multiple conflicts within the comoany between workers, they tried to steal PTO and have stolen PTO accural times from people. They also would never even say thank you, because it would “raise our egos.” They have even removed positions entirely to prevent people from advancing.
Did I mention it was salary? We would constantly get berrated by other mangers for leaving early even if all of our work was done, but never once said a peep if we stayed lated.
Best of all, remember the comment earlier about zero conflict resolution? Yeah, we had a co worker ATTACK AND TRY TO STAB another co worker for no reason, other then his iwn instability that was never adressed or helped with. Reviewing cameras they ( managment) claimed that he was never trying to stab him even though everyone saw what happened. This was later confirmed that they did indeed try to stab him (we already knew this) by someone else that saw the footage.
I am glad I left this incredibly unsafe, toxic, and chaotic work environment. Here is hoping the next job is better or at least safe.
