Somebody who just understands that this is a job and we're trying to get the bottom line done. I'm not here to make you feel good about yourself or be put down by you or anything else.
If you're going to tell me that I made a mistake, you better have checked it twice before you say anything. You are literally paid to go over it. Don't come to me and say well maybe you forgot but… when the option is literally grayed out in the system.
When I try to talk to you and tell you that you said XYZ that was disrespectful, a good boss actually listens and doesn't go well no no no that's not what happened.
If you have an easy day, don't come tell me that you didn't do anything all day when I'm literally drowning under the amount of work.
If the company doesn't have an HR department, you don't go around as a boss and say that you are HR.
And above all else your emotions have no place in your decisions as somebody in power!
