I genuinely liked my job. I had never taken a leave in my 9 years as a salary manager until I had my daughter. I skipped lunches and was throwing pallets until I had her. While on maternity leave, I found out my daughter needed a bone marrow transplant. My boss said everything would be fine and I would be able to keep my job. Turns out he knew he was going to be transferring anyways. Two weeks after he was gone I get a call saying they are about to post my position unless I come back. That’s not an option as we are 7 states away. This sucks.
