Denied PTO

I recently sent in my resignation and 3-week-notice to my company, as I’ve accepted another position. I thought 3 weeks was generous, but they’re already furious and my supervisor won’t speak to me. The job I’m leaving is a salary position, so any hours I work over 40 a week turn into “PTO”. I’m forced to work 9-10+ hour days for the entire year I’ve worked for them. I didn’t mind it too much because it was accruing PTO, but now I have over 50 hours of PTO and they told me they won’t pay it out now that I’m leaving. Long story short, since they don’t want to pay it out, it feels like I’ve just volunteered my time for free (not by my choice obviously). It’s not like it was optional to work that long of days, they consistently scheduled me and forced me to get things done…

Long story short, since they don’t want to pay it out, it feels like I’ve just volunteered my time for free (not by my choice obviously). It’s not like it was optional to work that long of days, they consistently scheduled me and forced me to get things done under penalty of losing my job (and I’m not in a financial position to lose a job). At this point, should I just not work my notice?

Any advice?
