I just called the dept of labor to report multiple issues at my job. My manager has been changing my clock out times (I had to stay late to cover HER) to avoid paying me overtime. we also aren't able to take breaks most days. I've nearly pissed myself because I was the only one working and I couldn't leave the store unattended to go to the bathroom. The guy on the phone said “well what do you want me to do?” IDK?? YOUR JOB??
What am I supposed to do now if the department of labor doesn't even care.
