Went through an interview process once again for a job I had applied with 6 months ago where I made it to the final round. Made it to the final round again this time, was made aware that I was in the final 2 candidates by my recruiter only to be turned down again. Final interview was a complete 180 from the first time (very informal and just told me the plans the company had going forward and what they were working on) and the interviewer made it seem like he preferred me to have the job.
I am honestly devastated and I absolutely despise going through these application processes, and the only reason I get called for a job like this in the first place is because I had a referral. Any other job they probably just throw my application away. I’m running out of options and I don’t know what to do.
