Dilemma With My Salary Job

Over a year ago, I landed a position as a salaried engineer in electronics manufacturing that pays quite well. The offer letter that i signed stated i would work from 8am till 5pm with a 1hr unpaid lunch and also stated that I’d receive a quarterly bonus. I am now well past a year in and despite performing (what i would consider) quite well at my job, I have yet to see a bonus or pay increase in any capacity. To make matters worse, all salaried engineers have also taken on a mandatory extra hour of work per day (9am to 7pm for me) and have designated “on-call” weekends. Essentially, the company is expecting me to work considerably more than originally arranged and even requires me to use my gas to drive in on weekends (22 mile commute) as needed to support the floor with no compensation.
