Disciplinary for 5 sickness absences

This is over a 12 month period BTW. So I have had 2 so far (went for my second this morning), first verbal and then I received a written. 2 for sickness bug (I work in a care home, one of the instances was a confirmed norovirus break out in the workplace). 1 for period cramp. And 2 for chest related issues (since I had covid that I caught AT work in April last year, my chest has never been the same). I was honest and told them I'd had boiler related issues and wasn't able to heat my house through the winter, causing mould in my house which I suspect was the issue and what caused me to have such a bad chest paired with how cold the conditions were. They emailed me the outcome letter and have stated that I am to have NO (literally none) more instances…

They emailed me the outcome letter and have stated that I am to have NO (literally none) more instances of absence in the next 12 months or it will be escalated to the next step. I am mad. And I am planning on appealing this. Honestly, no one gets fired from where I work unless you do something terrible (there's staff who have been given multiple final warnings lmfao) but it is just the principle. How am I meant to plan ahead for the next 12 months to not get sick? Admin cannot tell me that they themselves can promise not to get poorly within 12 months.
