I (31F) work at a HUGE international company, everyone has used their services at a minimum of once in life. I'm a veteran going thru the process of fighting for my medical benefits. I was born with flat feet got into the military and got injuries on my feet. I applied for an office position at this company and started off as a part timer and within 5 months began running the department. Lost my VA housing benefits because I began making too much money. I was fine with it, I loved the job. My boss relocated and we got a new boss, I thought he was cool and we'd work great together. Surprisingly about 6 months later I almost got fired by him and his boss for being an aggressive worker so I became very uncomfortable. I felt like I was being looked at as an aggressive black woman, but I let it go and kept doing my best. Shortly after, I got put into the field to “learn my lesson”. I've been in the field and got put on light duty for my feet, my boss refuses to recognize this. I've handed in doctor's notes stating I cannot perfrom my job functions and they will not accommodate me, but my coworker (same position? hurt his shoulder and they sat him at a desk to accommodate him. I'm applying for other jobs but I don't feel like this is right what can I do? Should I try to sue? I'm the only employee that's a veteran also black that isn't being accommodated, meanwhile white women and men are. I'm seeing a pattern
