I (31F) work at a HUGE international company, everyone has used their services at a minimum of once in life. I'm a veteran going thru the process of fighting for my medical benefits. I was born with flat feet got into the military and got injuries on my feet. I applied for an office position at this company and started off as a part timer and within 5 months began running the department. Lost my VA housing benefits because I began making too much money. I've handed in doctor's notes stating I cannot perfrom my job functions and they will not accommodate me, but my coworker (same position? hurt his shoulder and they sat him at a desk to accommodate him. I'm applying for other jobs but I don't feel like this is right what can I do? Should I try to sue? I'm the only employee that's a veteran also black that isn't being accommodated, meanwhile white women and men are. I'm seeing a pattern
