I just quit a job after three weeks. While there I saw more temps than any other job. Solely because they couldn't hire enough people.
The bosses made jokes about it.”I bet they won't last the day” “You need really tough skin here”, “Nobody wants to keep a stable job enough to be here”, “There goes another no call no show. Knew it.” etc.
It was a collage campus food service job.
Wouldn't you want to treat and pay people well that mess with the food of your paying students? I took an almost three dollar pay cut working there but I was desperate for work. But the final straw was wanting me to work 4 plus hours without a break.
But I digress, why do you want to be that employer? Why be proud of being an a hole?
