So i work retail and have reciently been disiplened (i am the best cashieer) i have been told i am not to go out on the sales floor anymore and am having my hours cut. No oficial warning. No write up. Asked boss about it and was basicakly told i am a slave. Exact words were that if customers want to shop till dawn then they will and i will let them and i will not leave till they finish. It dosnt matter what they scedual me for (i never signed any contracts and am hourly.). They also have a problem with me calling out customers by name (i only do this at the end of the night when 1 remains). And the biggest thing there is a customer that spends alot of money with us an i asked them how they get it. THAT IS WHAT TRIGGERED ALL OF THIS. What do i do?
