District Manager would write up if didn’t reach metric

I work in retail for 6 years and half , and we have new district manager which is strict on everything and micro management. So lately lots of change to the store and District manager start to love harass our mental by write up if we didn't reach the goal by the end of the month, what should I do in this situation quit the job or suck it up?
