I used to be a chemical operator at a factory. I was wondering am I allowed to ask for MSDS or Sds material and safety data sheets from a previous employer.
I recently took a Hazwoper training for a new company that gave me the training and learned about exposure and want to learn if I fucked myself up because of lack of knowledge and communication from the previous employer.
I was wondering:
1.)Do I have the right to ask for the SDS and MSDS?
