Do I have to give a two week notice?

Do I have to give a two weeks? I’m currently employed technically by a contract agency. (Mindlance) However, I am fed up with my job and have had a sudden opportunity come up. Am I legally required to give a two week notice to either the contract agency OR their client? (The company I actually do work for) if not, what is the best way to go about this? Considering I’ll have to read straight out of the book myself rather than be able to sit in a class with an instructor as well as pass 3 tests, I’d like to take the next few days to prepare myself. I’m aware many people would call this non-guaranteed opportunity a dumb reason to quit a guaranteed paycheck, but I am over the monotonous work from home computer job. It sounded sweet at first, but it really is mentally draining when it’s difficult to separate home and work life since my desk is in my room.

Attached is a pic straight out of the contract agency’s handbook which I signed an acknowledgment for?
