Do I move on or should I stay?

Last year on September, I landed a “nice” job at one of the world “biggest” company. It started off great, the work itself is easy to manage and I am comfortable doing it. However, with a new “team” approach” and “Management” started this year, things started turning to the worst. I started to see how my management “fixes” issues around the typical office issues but also understand the capabilities of the management. In shorter words, the management doesn't have the skills/capabilities to manage the issues and somehow manage to get by day to day. This is because they would assort to office politics to “shift” the blame and also dodge responsibility. Worst part is that they do not think it is an issue since they have been “in this office for more than 10+ years”. Recently I have gotten caught within this office politics and got an ear full on…

Recently I have gotten caught within this office politics and got an ear full on “how to fix” a job issue that I have. The point is that they wanted me to follow step by step on how the management wanted me to approach this project. While this would lead me to deviate from the company guidelines and policy. “It's okay because we do not operate the same as other departments within this company”, “We have our special ways on doing these projects because our responsible product is special and our company wouldn't understand this concept” is what the management always say to me. So in other words, if you follow the management's way of doing things, you'll get complaint from other departments within the company since you are deviating from the procedure and ending up with results that are opposite from what is needed. Then If you don't follow the management's way of doing things then you'll get an ear full from the management since I did not follow orders.

I stood my ground and said that I'd rather follow the company's guidelines and procedures since I would like to have a chance of doing things right! This stance led me to a lot of internal conflicts. Hence the office started to turn toxic and I can't really stand it.

This led me to have all my job responsibilities stripped from me and I have to under go “training” once again since the management didn't saw me “fit” enough to do my job. So I am using this time to find another job since I am just sitting around doing jackshit day by day.

So with this in mind, I knew that I have two option. Either to suck it up and continue or just move on to another company.

Thing is…..moving on to another company may land me in this same situation since there is no guarantee. But by staying will not improve my situation since I alone cannot change how my management operates. Not to say to get a raise or promotion in the future since I already have “bad blood” with the management.

Any advice would be helpful here!
