I am going to be laid off in a couple of weeks. I WFH and will receive a few weeks of severance pay (and all my accrued PTO). Does this disqualify me from receiving unemployment or can I still apply? FYI – The reason for my lay-off is that my company was recently acquired by another company and my position is being eliminated.
