i(f21) am a hostess at your local Chilis, have been hosting for almost a year. they offered me a higher position my third month working there, but never actually gave it to me. then offered it to me again a few months ago, but still haven't actually moved me up. however, they moved up someone who started hosting after me smh.
i do more than my jobs description (buss tables, clean the restaurant, run food, train new hosts) and don't get paid extra or tips ofc.
they've changed my schedule consistently this whole year (i went from working just nights, 4 days a week. then all mornings, 5 days a week. and now 3 days a week, mornings & nights). them fucking bumping me down to 3 days brought me down $117, which is drowning me financially.
and they keep scheduling me with a girl that picks on me, despite saying they wouldn't.
im debating on just leaving.
edit: this is my first job btw, i started just before turning 20
