Do you consider an ability to visit a gym/fitness as a marker of “class”?

One of my ex-employers advertised their job's benefits as “… and you will have free access to a network of gyms!” – but nobody told me, that I will never have a time to visit those gyms due to overwork. So, do you consider an ability (or enough free time) to regularly visit sport facilities as a marker of higher social class?
