Do you think managers BECOME sociopaths or do they choose management BECAUSE they are sociopaths?

I often think about this: Chicken or the egg? Same for CEO, C-sec nepo babies… I hate all of them so fucking much Yeah I shoulda chosen to be born rich and just gone into daddy's fortune 500 company as VP. How convenient. My fault
