Hi Reddit, I’m looking for some advice with regards to documenting workplace abuse and harassment. I’m a low level engineer working at a consulting firm and I’ve been bullied and abused mainly verbally by a few senior engineers on my team.
I work in NYC and I was wondering what methods might be legal in documenting this type of abuse and harassment.
Most of this happens verbally of course so there isn’t a paper trail I can go off of. I know recording or doing a voice recording is not legal so I’m looking for other ways I might be able to document this. I am looking to document this for HR but ultimately i want to leave this company.
If anyone has advice on this it would be greatly appreciated.
