Does a company see my rebuttal statement during an investigation with the EEOC/Department of Human Rights?

As the title states above, a company tried to silence me with severance once I raised my concerns with HR on the way out of being (wrongfully) terminated. My email stated the discrimination I faced in a hostile environment. They only brought up the severance offer after I sent my concerns to HR in an email, not at the time of termination. They sent it a month later, at that. Regardless, I filed a case with the EEOC. They got a lawyer and submitted a statement, obviously filled with lies, and I had proof to back it up. I submitted my detailed rebuttal back with documentation & audio. I'm just curious, does the company ever get to see that rebuttal statement from my end, regardless of the outcome? Between their legal department and HR, and/or the people mentioned in my statement?

I know they were able to read my initial statement, but curious about the rebuttal process.

Thanks.
