I am being pressured to come into work tomorrow even after needing to leave early today for pinching a nerve as I was working. I notified my manager around 7pm that my situation hasn’t improved. I am in a lot of pain, experiencing numbness along my spine and weakness from my right arm. Am I in the wrong for needing to take time? This job doesn’t even offer any other benefits other than the mediocre wage and PTO they apply at will for any sick absences. I’m upset.
