I’ve had previous sales experience before but I quit just due to burnout. Due to my last job being toxic af, I ended up with another sales job where all I do is sell cookies via email or phone but a majority of the work is done via email. For instance today I had only two leads I had to contact and I’ve ended up listening to music while web browsing for the past 6 hours of my shift. I take a lunch whenever I want and don’t have to rush either. I used to serve tables and every second and every minute I was overworked as hell. I’m a little in shock and feel like this can’t be ALL office jobs right? What are your positions and do you have minimal work to? What do you do during your downtime?
