Does anyone else not give a single f*ck about work but have coworkers who make work their #1 priority?

I started this travel job roughly a year ago that pays well and has decent benefits. I’m still in training and it’s not perfect but I get a decent salary and that’s all I care about. I’m one of the people who WILL NOT answer calls/emails before or after my 8am-4pm or on weekends, won’t even look at my work computer or phone while I’m on PTO, won’t work overtime (even though I get paid for it) unless I have to,try to get the projects done ASAP because it means I get to go home sooner, refuse last minute trips if it interferes with my remote week or home life and won’t do work/tasks that aren’t isn’t in my expertise. Work is strictly what I do because I have to and I will not do more than what’s written on my contract. I have absolutely no interest in climbing the corporate ladder or taking on more work without pay.

My coworkers (especially my managers) on the other hand insist that I call them at any time whether it’s after hours, PTO, emergency leave, etc etc. Will immediately accept randomly scheduled trips even if it means being away from their families for a month or so, try to work as much overtime as possible and far too often stay on projects and find busy work even though there’s literally nothing to do. It drives me absolutely nuts because I’m one of the youngest members on the team and I can’t imagine being in my 30s-40s and still letting work control my life. Does anyone have a situation similar to this???
