Everyday I have to pretend that I’m content with driving 40 minutes, getting payed shit, and being a ass locker for my boss. I can’t advocate for public transport without my boss calling it communism. I can’t suggest mental health days without my boss calling me a millennial (I’m not even a millennial). I can’t support increased minimum wage without a constant barrage of how it would actually hurt businesses. I’m just so sick of putting up with my boss everyday. I’ve given up completely on saying anything that doesn’t make my boss smile. It’s just easier if I pretend to agree.
