My job gives me two 15 min paid breaks and one 30 minute unpaid lunch. My boss is rarely around, and my job involves lab work so 95% I am running around doing stuff. So, I skip my two 15 paid breaks and basically replace it with my 30 min unpaid lunch so I leave 30 minutes early. I think having to work from 8am-4:30pm is absolutely absurd when it's supposed to be an 8 hour work day.
