Hi there. IT worker here. Nearly finished an internship, over a year, finish in august (thank god)
Have personal problems due to growing up. Leads to poor work concentration and performance
Most of the time work sets me off. Sitting in the office every day trying to act busy doesn’t help.
Due to this I keep making the same mistakes over and over and my boss can’t wait for me to leave. Not surprised really
Everyone else here works 2 days in the office and the rest remote, I asked if I could do the same but I guess they wanted a student they could pay cheaper to sit in the office everyday
After this I’m looking for remote work. Or atleast a hybrid job.
Do you think jobs will stay this way? I think IT jobs will but unsure
