Does this seem fair/right? My first time working as a contractor. Complex Image Captioning Job for Snap Chat. Trained for 33 hrs last week. Only being paid for 5hrs. Won’t be paid for a whole week if error rate exceeds 20%.

They are counting our hours by how many images of 3d models we are able to caption, not how many hours we actually worked. It takes way longer than that. Last week My co-worker and I spent four days captioning 30+ images of complex 3d models for 8 hours a day.
