There will be a team building activity later on Saturday afternoon when everyone is off.
It needs almost a halfday. I am one of the core member of the new team and probably need to go. I think there will be a high chance that my company will not provide any compensation leave for us.
I just wonder what's the situation in other companies.
I think this kind of activity is really ridiculous, we are not 10 years old who want to go to a summer camp to make friends. I come to make money.
Besides we come from different departments, we won't even have any interaction with each others later on. I am also married. I can't even meet new girl or something.
