STAY AWAY.
The owner of this company is a tight fisted skin flint who only shills out pennies for raises and cuts hours however she can no matter how dangerous it is.
Dangerous, you say?
Yes dangerous! You are forced to work in rooms with 40+ large breed dogs all by yourself and not a single one is trained!
You are paid your local state minimum to be in a dangerous environment where you will only have two other staff members to help if you get attacked or a dog in your room gets attacked. (Have had this issue.) And you want a raise? Well after a year of hard labor and fighting tooth and nail to finally get a review, and scoring flying colors on said review, you won't even get a dollar.
Only place a manager can go to make 15.60 an hour.
If you have a dog and they go to dogtopia, even if staff says “they're fine” and “had a fun day” they're blatantly lying to your face, as nearly every location is hell on earth where the only thing your dog will learn is how to be reactive and turn against prior playmates after getting injured enough times as I've again, seen happen.
