When I was 17 (12 years ago), I worked at an ice cream shop that paid minimum wage ($7.25 an hour). We would get tips quite often l, but had to put them in a donation jar for a charity that the owner chose. On top of that, the shop was in a town where you had to pay for parking. I think I lost money working that job!
