Today my associate was having trouble with his company device so he was not able to answer calls. Instead he would pick up and be forced to hang up without talking to anyone because he couldn't hear. He said he felt bad because he hung up on people. I said “Don't feel bad it's labor day!” As if hanging up was part protest. He didn't get it but a customer laughed. At least some people understand.
