I got accepted for a job in connecticut, a legal weed state. Obviously the company can still ban the use of weed even during off hours, however during the phone call where I was accepted for the job, the HR lady said they “treat weed like alcohol”, but also emphasized that I would be tested for weed. Should I worry that if I test positive, they will take back the offer?
