For being a guy and using the woman's restroom
A few years back I worked for a shitty paper press company. The building was a sweatshop and was a total dump and literally had black mold everywhere. I was on night crew and we had about 37 people on our shift mist guys. The building only had 2 single person men's restrooms in it and it was always a fight to get into one since we all went on break at the same time. One night I needed to piss really bad and both restrooms were taken. We also only had 10 minute breaks so I didn't want to wait. So I just went in the woman's restroom next to the men's which was also a single person restroom with only 1 toilet because I didn't feel like waiting. Well apparently one of the female employees reported me to hr and the Next day I was dragged in for a meeting. They told me I'm a disgusting pervert and that was extremely inappropriate. I told them it's not my fault the building is so badly designed that it's not even remotely accommodating for its employees but it was either that or piss in the woods behind our building. Well they said it doesn't matter because I'm fired. I walked out of there and didn't even really feel bad I honestly don't see what the problem is both restrooms are identical. And it's not my fault the building was horribly designed.
Anyway after I left 3 months later the health department and local code enforcement shutdown the company because the building was condemned due to the high mold infestation.the company closed down for good and is no longer around
